Description

  • Build models, frameworks, and processes to forecast demand across products and programs.
  • Quantify commodity exposure and supply chain risk using analytics on sub-tier suppliers and geopolitical dynamics.
  • Develop recommendations on inventory, dual-sourcing, vertical integration, and long-term agreements.
  • Synthesize analyses into a production strategy and drive it through executive recommendations and cross-functional implementation.
  • Lead structured working sessions with senior leaders to align on trade-offs affecting cost, schedule, and resilience.
  • Translate complex findings into clear narratives for rapid decision-making.
  • Master ERP, MRP, and supply chain data to support operational analysis.
  • Build dashboards and tooling so functional teams can continuously track critical metrics.
  • Own work end-to-end from problem definition through modeling, synthesis, and implementation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, business analysis, or a similar get-stuff-done role.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to think in numbers and data models.
  • Ability to quickly execute analyses in Excel or other tools.
  • Comfort communicating broadly, including to large groups and senior leadership.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to independently identify and solve problems.
  • Ability to build clear frameworks and bring structure to ambiguous problems.
  • Openness to feedback, growth, and iterative improvement.
  • Experience translating operational problems into data problems and executing on them.
  • Preferred: experience working in hardware startup or similarly messy, fast-moving environments.
