Description

  • Define and improve the end-to-end implementation playbook across discovery, solutioning, migration, configuration, testing, training, and client engagement.
  • Embed AI into delivery workflows to reduce implementation time and cost while improving go-live quality.
  • Build reusable implementation accelerators, including practice-area templates, migration tools, and AI agents.
  • Own product release readiness, ensuring internal and partner delivery teams receive updated SOPs and training.
  • Source, recruit, certify, train, and manage system integration partners with Salesforce and legal-industry expertise.
  • Establish partner scorecards covering bookings, estimate accuracy, margins, on-time go-lives, CSAT, compliance, and concessions.
  • Lead internal project management, solution architecture, technical/data migration architecture, and implementation consulting teams.
  • Own the services P&L, including revenue, gross margin, billable rates, utilization, and monthly forecasting.
  • Develop capacity models across internal and partner teams to keep delivery ahead of bookings.
  • Lead the Agentic AI Center of Excellence, deploying custom autonomous agents and converting customer AI adoption into expansion revenue.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B SaaS professional services experience, including 5+ years as a VP or SVP leading a multi-team delivery organization.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools, agents, and workflows to improve implementation delivery and reduce go-live time or cost.
  • Experience leading customer AI agent deployments with strong adoption and measurable ROI.
  • Proven ownership of a services P&L, including revenue, margin, utilization, billable rates, and forecast accuracy.
  • Experience building capacity models that maintain delivery capacity ahead of bookings during high growth.
  • Experience building or scaling an SI partner ecosystem, including sourcing, certification, scorecards, and commercial terms.
  • Ability to partner credibly with managing partners, firm administrators, COOs, and Sales leaders on complex deals.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with experience developing leaders and improving team performance.
  • Willingness to manage executive escalations and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Experience in vertical SaaS or complex systems of record preferred; Salesforce delivery and/or legal-tech experience is a plus.

Benefits

  • Estimated total compensation of $250,000-$300,000, including base salary and bonus.
  • Benefits package.
  • Fully remote role outside of New York City and New Jersey.
  • Hybrid schedule for NYC/NJ employees, requiring work from the Manhattan office six days per month.
