Description

  • Manage complex, large-scale AI programs from inception through production deployment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and product managers.
  • Partner with architects and technical leads to design production-grade RAG pipelines and multi-agent AI architectures.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, team leads, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
  • Communicate delivery progress, blockers, dependencies, and key decisions to client stakeholders.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of Generative AI applications, autonomous analytical agents, and knowledge graphs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total experience, including a strong track record as a Technical Program Manager delivering large-scale enterprise software systems.
  • Experience building, scaling, or deploying Generative AI technologies, including RAG systems and Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Ability to translate complex technical updates into clear, business-focused communications for senior leaders and clients.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to influence decisions across teams and leadership levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting program updates and delivery progress.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification (preferred).
  • Experience in supply chain or procurement (preferred).
  • Experience managing large-scale programs with globally distributed teams (preferred).
