Description

  • Build React/Next.js applications for mobile web and desktop environments.
  • Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Identify and resolve application bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Maintain code quality and participate in agile team ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, developers, and offshore teams to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain applications.
  • Communicate task status, roadblocks, and timelines to the team.
  • Lead or support discovery workshops, solution design, business cases, pre-sales, and consulting delivery.
  • Manage people or project streams and mentor junior team members.
  • Share knowledge through team workshops.

Requirements

  • Experience with React and Next.js; familiarity with DevOps and GCP.
  • Experience with data and analytics solutions for supply chain, including dashboards, forecasting, optimization, or decision-support tools.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes and metrics, including forecast accuracy, bias, service level, inventory turns, stock availability, safety stock, and planning efficiency.
  • Experience translating business requirements into analytics, data, or AI-enabled solution concepts.
  • Understanding of BI, cloud, data, and analytics tools for planning, forecasting, and inventory decisions.
  • Experience with client-facing discovery, solution design, business case development, pre-sales, or consulting delivery.
  • Experience managing people, leading project streams, coordinating consultants, or mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Experience working in global or matrixed environments.
