Description

  • Participate in business process mapping, including process analysis, design, and gap analysis.
  • Define functional system design and specifications for NetSuite manufacturing solutions.
  • Configure systems, develop system tests, and create supporting procedures and documentation.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and recommend solutions.
  • Document engagements through design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, deployment documents, and integration/interface documents.
  • Provide decision support, monitor issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans for clients.
  • Manage full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementations from technical, functional, and organizational change management perspectives.
  • Support sustainable workplace practices through remote-first operations and paperless digital collaboration.
  • Guide customers through warehouse-related transactions such as inventory adjustments, transfers, bin put-away, replenishment, and cycle counting.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience with NetSuite standard and Advanced Manufacturing modules.
  • Thorough understanding of NetSuite WIP and Routing functionality.
  • Experience with NetSuite Manufacturing or Advanced Manufacturing functionality, including capacity planning and finite scheduling.
  • Experience setting up Advanced Manufacturing Workbenches and Advanced Manufacturing Tablet.
  • Knowledge of inventory costing methods in NetSuite, including standard costing.
  • Previous Advanced Manufacturing implementation experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of BOM structures and their relation to the work order build process.
  • Ability to clearly define and gather requirements for the NetSuite manufacturing module.
  • Ability to lead clients and understand manufacturing terminology and processes.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite supported replenishment methods, including time-phase replenishment, MRP, and reorder points.
  • Ability to guide customers through warehouse-related transactions.
  • For candidates in Canada, ability to travel to the United States for client engagements.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
