Description

  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for nonprofit clients, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
  • Translate nonprofit business processes and requirements into effective NetSuite solutions.
  • Provide technical consultancy and post-implementation support to nonprofit clients to ensure their needs and objectives are met.
  • Improve nonprofit clients’ operational efficiency and financial reporting through NetSuite.
  • Develop standardized nonprofit-specific operating procedures within NetSuite.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders during solution design, testing, and implementation.
  • Train nonprofit staff on effective use of NetSuite modules and functionality.
  • Support remote-first operations and digital collaboration practices in line with company values.

Requirements

  • Experience leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
  • Experience configuring nonprofit-specific NetSuite modules such as Fund Accounting, Grant Management, Revenue Restriction Management, Pledge Management, and Fundraising.
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit segmentation and financial structure.
  • Experience with nonprofit SuiteApps, such as Labor Expense Allocation.
  • Ability to translate nonprofit sector needs into customized NetSuite solutions.
  • Experience with data migration from legacy systems into NetSuite.
  • Experience providing training, post-implementation support, and consultancy to nonprofit users.
  • Ability to coordinate with technical teams during design, testing, and implementation.
  • For candidates in Canada, eligibility to travel to the United States for client engagements is required.
