Description

  • Support end-to-end presales activities for supply chain transformation and technology engagements.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution narratives, effort estimates, assumptions, and delivery approaches.
  • Create client-facing presentations, solution decks, business case documents, and executive discussion materials.
  • Lead or support requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders across supply chain functions.
  • Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps, pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and solution specifications.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams on solution design, configuration, integration, data, testing, and deployment planning.
  • Define KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytics requirements for supply chain visibility and decision-making.
  • Facilitate workshops, design sessions, process reviews, and executive readouts while managing stakeholder priorities.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, supply chain transformation, or technology implementation roles.
  • Strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge across planning, logistics, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, demand forecasting, or order management.
  • Experience supporting or leading client-facing consulting engagements with digital and data analytics components.
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience contributing to presales, proposals, RFP responses, solution presentations, or consulting offerings.
  • Experience working across business, IT, architecture, data, analytics, AI, and delivery teams.
  • Experience in supply chain digital transformation, planning transformation, ERP transformation, or analytics-led improvement programs.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques including process mapping, requirements documentation, functional specification writing, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, test scenarios, and UAT support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lucidchart, and Visio or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Technology preferred.
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, SCCP (Intermediate minimum, Expert preferred), PMP/PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
  • Experience with platforms such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM Cloud, Anaplan, E2open, Manhattan Associates, Tableau, or Power BI is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge of NPI (New Product Introduction) and UPI (Under Performing Inventory) is a plus.
