Description

  • Advise on the architecture, best practices, and solution design for AI and GenAI projects.
  • Lead technical teams and help ensure customer goals are met with technically sound delivery.
  • Research and prepare solutions for common data science and AI project challenges.
  • Define guidelines and support other team members in delivering DS&AI work.
  • Stay current on data science and AI market trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to identify and win new business opportunities.
  • Prepare offers, presentations, thought leadership content, and DS&AI value propositions.
  • Support early-stage customer engagement and help develop the DS&AI business.
  • Promote AI and ML capabilities internally and externally through evangelization and advisory work.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships across acquisition, delivery, and maintenance phases.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Generative AI.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as consultant, advisor, technical presales, delivery leader, project manager, or business analyst.
  • Strong ability to combine technical and business topics.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage stress and perform well under time constraints.
  • Experience working with stakeholders at different seniority and maturity levels.
  • High ambition, motivation, and passion to achieve exceptional results.
  • Experience in the CPG industry (nice to have).
  • Experience delivering AI advisory projects in AI strategy, adoption, architecture, or governance (nice to have).
  • Experience with Revenue Growth Management, including pricing and promo modelling (nice to have).
  • Experience with classical ML topics such as classification, regression, forecasting, causality, A/B testing, and incremental impact measurement (nice to have).
