Description

  • Support the development of end-to-end GenAI applications such as chatbots, voicebots, and Talk-to-Data systems.
  • Build data ingestion, retrieval, orchestration, backend/API, and simple UI components as needed.
  • Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases, hybrid search, rerankers, query transformation, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Perform model selection, prompting, fine-tuning, guardrail setup, output evaluation, and A/B testing for text, code, and multimodal models.
  • Integrate and optimize LLM interactions with external tools, APIs, and data sources using standardized and scalable approaches.
  • Use business understanding to translate client problems into technical goals and define feasible tasks.
  • Audit data feasibility and identify issues that could affect solution delivery.
  • Support project delivery across GenAI and NLP-related work.

Requirements

  • Experience with machine learning, especially Generative AI/LLMs, with focus on NLP or multimodal models.
  • Familiarity with the theory behind deep learning concepts.
  • Fluency in Python and object-oriented programming.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
  • Experience with cloud tech stacks in Azure or GCP.
  • Knowledge of deep learning and GenAI libraries such as NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI/Gemini APIs.
  • Experience with microservice architectures.
  • Experience with code repositories and code assistants.
  • Experience with Databricks is a plus.
  • Commercial experience in multiple successful Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision projects is a strong plus.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to come up with creative solutions to customer problems.
