Description

  • Provide expert L3 service support for the platform and related services.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex incidents and problems raised by stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop tools and solutions that support business continuity and reduce business impact.
  • Provide timely updates on assigned tasks and deliver responses and solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Propose corrective action plans for recurring issues and service problems.
  • Deploy bug fixes in managed applications.
  • Gather requirements and design and implement complex visualization solutions.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, collaboration, and service improvement initiatives.
  • Handle monitoring, incident and problem resolution, documentation, automation, and change request implementation.
  • Provide technical feedback and mentoring to teammates.

Requirements

  • Willing to work NALA shift as well as Asia and EMEA time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for business and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform concepts.
  • Extensive experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and SQL.
  • Experience with building, testing, and deploying processes.
  • Certifications in Power Platform or Power BI are preferred.
  • Willingness to be cross-trained on all technologies involved in the solution.
