Description

  • Define the vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for the Supply Chain Analytics & AI practice.
  • Build and maintain a differentiated portfolio covering control tower, digital twin, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, network design, S&OP/IBP insights, spend optimization, and supplier risk and ESG analytics.
  • Own commercial outcomes across pipeline, win rate, growth, revenue, and margin for the practice portfolio.
  • Develop repeatable solutions, accelerators, and reusable offerings for supply chain analytics engagements.
  • Lead C-level client conversations, discovery workshops, value hypotheses, and business case development.
  • Translate client problems into data-driven products with measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate with data and AI teams to architect solution blueprints from business value through implementation and change management.
  • Oversee proposals, RFIs, RFPs, proofs of value, proofs of concept, scoping, estimation, and deal shaping.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during solution development and delivery to ensure successful adoption and value realization.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of consultants, solution architects, and pre-sales specialists.
  • Establish standards, playbooks, use-case libraries, reference architectures, and accelerators for the practice.
  • Develop joint offerings and field plays with technology platform partners and supply chain ISVs.

Requirements

  • Experience leading supply chain analytics, AI, consulting, or advisory practices.
  • Strong background in solution strategy, portfolio development, and commercial ownership.
  • Experience leading executive-level client discussions and business case development.
  • Experience with proposals, RFIs, RFPs, PoVs, PoCs, scoping, and deal shaping.
  • Ability to architect end-to-end solutions spanning business value, design, implementation, and adoption.
  • Experience mentoring and building high-performing consulting or solution teams.
  • Experience creating reusable assets such as playbooks, accelerators, reference architectures, or use-case libraries.
  • Experience partnering with hyperscalers and modern data platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Thought leadership experience such as whitepapers, conference talks, webinars, or advisory boards.
  • Experience in supply chain analytics use cases such as control tower, digital twin, forecasting, inventory optimization, network design, S&OP/IBP, spend optimization, or supplier risk analytics.
