Description

  • Collaborate with supervision and management to ensure compliance with culinary rules, procedures, and standards across locations.
  • Work with chef teams to ensure proper receiving and verification of goods.
  • Lead the QC team during shifts to ensure dishes meet established quality standards.
  • Oversee end-of-shift cleanliness assessments and report deviations to the Supervisor and Manager.
  • Monitor dish pit cleanliness throughout the shift and lead improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Develop operational strategies with the Dish Pit Lead to improve dish pit efficiency.
  • Monitor good manufacturing practices on the line and in plating rooms and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Enforce kitchen sanitation protocols and health department requirements.
  • Ensure proper use and handling of hot line equipment in accordance with operational standards.
  • Train, guide, and evaluate kitchen staff on the proper use of Rippling.
  • Support logistical operations for Off-Site Stores, including coordination with transportation teams and store locations.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a culinary, kitchen, or food production environment.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to collaborate with supervisors, managers, chef teams, and operational partners across multiple locations.
  • Ability to lead, monitor, and evaluate quality control and sanitation processes during shifts.
  • Familiarity with proper food handling, good manufacturing practices, and health department sanitation standards.
  • Ability to train and guide staff on operational tools and procedures, including Rippling.
  • Experience coordinating logistics or operations with transportation teams and store locations is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate findings, deviations, and corrective actions clearly to supervisors and managers.
