Description

  • Lead the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a complex property or collection of assets.
  • Serve as the primary contact with the property owner and ensure client objectives are met.
  • Manage tenant service response, escalation, and ongoing tenant care plans.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports, annual budgets, capital plans, and expense reconciliations.
  • Oversee lease administration, expirations, encumbrances, rent statements, and accounts receivable collections.
  • Coordinate construction projects and tenant move-in/move-out processes.
  • Direct sourcing, procurement, vendor compliance, accounts payable, and timely vendor payments.
  • Supervise assigned teams, including staffing, recruitment, promotions, corrective action, termination, and succession planning.
  • Oversee property inspections, alterations, maintenance, reconditioning, and emergency response planning.
  • Provide performance management, strategic guidance, and work direction to direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered.
  • Real estate license required where mandated by local regulation.
  • Professional designation such as RPA, CPM, or CCIM preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of Yardi or MRI and Kardin preferred.
  • AP and CMMS proficiency required.
  • Experience with commercial office properties required.
  • Working knowledge of leases, contracts, financial instruments, property taxes, and construction required.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, including forecasting, budgeting, capital planning, and variance reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and ability to lead sensitive conversations.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to empower teams to meet client and company objectives.
  • Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and during emergency situations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Travel to assigned properties as required.
