Description

  • Lead the weekly business cadence with GTM leadership, delivering narrative on pipeline health, performance trends, risks, and required actions.
  • Drive forecasting rigor across EOM/EOQ/EOY and own quarterly reforecasting workstreams, including scenario analysis and tradeoffs with Finance and GTM leaders.
  • Design, evolve, and govern KPI frameworks and scorecards across the full customer lifecycle to improve decision-making and execution.
  • Lead bi-weekly performance deep dives for New Business (AE) and Account Management (AM) to identify leading indicators, conversion trends, and prioritized actions.
  • Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR) with GTM and Finance, presenting executive-level performance, outlook, and investment recommendations.
  • Perform monthly quota, coverage, and capacity analysis and provide data-driven recommendations on quota setting, territory design, and resourcing.
  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing RevOps team, driving talent development, accountability, and an operating culture.
  • Partner with Product, Enablement, Systems, and Data teams to align tools, reporting, and processes to global priorities and the product roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain governance for reporting quality, metric definitions, owners, timelines, and business interpretation to create a single source of truth for GTM performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations or similar (MBA or related Master’s is a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in go-to-market environments (Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, BizOps, Strategy, FP&A, or Analytics) with a track record of improving revenue outcomes, efficiency, and forecast predictability.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience building, coaching, and developing teams in hybrid or remote settings with examples of driving accountability and talent growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional outcomes and influence senior stakeholders across GTM, Finance, Data/BI, Information Systems/RevTech, and Marketing.
  • Strong experience owning planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles and connecting investment decisions to productivity, capacity, and performance outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including designing and governing KPIs across pipeline health, conversion, velocity, retention/expansion, and productivity.
  • Experience translating complex inputs into clear insights, recommendations, and decisions with executive-level business judgment.
  • Skills in change leadership, operational rigor, and driving adoption of new processes and frameworks; strategic and hands-on leadership orientation.
