Description

  • Travel regularly across the North of England and Midlands to support field sales teams with on-site discovery, customer meetings, and in-person demonstrations.
  • Partner with Account Executives to scope, design, and validate technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Identify technical risks, constraints, and dependencies early in the sales cycle and support deal progression and closure.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers on retention, satisfaction, renewal, and expansion conversations.
  • Provide timely product and integration guidance to sales teams through GTM channels.
  • Support trade shows and industry events, including system setup and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain competitive and regional market knowledge to support positioning and differentiation.
  • Build deep expertise across hardware, software, integrations, and APIs and act as a technical resource for internal and customer-facing discussions.
  • Deliver Tier 1 partner demonstrations and support partner onboarding and ecosystem growth.
  • Own technical RFP and RFI responses by coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams and ensuring accurate submissions.
  • Maintain reliable demo stations and demo accounts for in-office and remote demonstrations.
  • Work with Implementation and Professional Services teams before and after deal close to ensure a smooth handoff and successful customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders, Product, and Product Marketing to share customer feedback, support roadmap awareness, and enable launches and messaging.
  • Document customer requirements and technical decisions clearly and accurately to support internal reporting and scalable execution.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, solutions consulting, or a customer-facing technical role.
  • Exposure to cloud-based SaaS technologies, ideally within hospitality, retail, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong technical curiosity and comfort learning new technologies quickly.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry; hands-on restaurant experience is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience speaking to both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced commercial environment with evolving priorities.
  • A basic understanding of APIs and integrations, or a strong willingness to develop this skill.
  • Right to work in the country of application.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
