Description

  • Lead a global team of project managers and marketing operations managers supporting Marketing across NOAM, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Serve as Marketing’s business lead for the annual strategic and financial planning cycle, coordinating with Finance, Revenue Operations, and regional marketing leads.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, planning milestones, and strategic decision-making throughout the planning and transformation process.
  • Oversee OKR definition, tracking, and reporting to ensure accountability and visibility into marketing’s contribution to business outcomes.
  • Build and refine planning and governance frameworks that connect strategic initiatives to measurable impact.
  • Establish and manage a marketing management operating system including meeting cadences, offsites, and Quarterly/Monthly Business Reviews, and drive agenda setting, documentation, and action tracking.
  • Partner with Finance and HR to manage global marketing budget and headcount planning, aligning resources with strategic priorities and organizational design.
  • Lead cross-functional process improvements, tool optimization, change management programs, and special projects that connect marketing strategy with execution.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, development planning, and by fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Strategy, or Program Management.
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in global or matrixed organizations.
  • Proven success leading annual planning and financial operations for a marketing or GTM organization.
  • Experience leading organizational change and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and comfort interfacing with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong command of project management methodologies and tools (examples: Monday.com, JIRA, Asana).
  • Experience partnering with Finance and HR on budget management and headcount planning.
  • Comfortable operating at both a high strategic (10,000-foot) level and detailed (10-foot) execution level; demonstrated ability to turn strategy into scalable systems and processes.
