Description

Build signal-based workflows to source and enrich the EMEA total addressable market and support automated lead scoring and personalized outreach.
Own the full lifecycle of internal AI tools and dashboards, from problem definition through proof of concept, MVP, and productization.
Deploy complex workflow automations using Python, N8N, or Zapier and integrate data from tools such as Clay, Gong, and ChurnZero.
Partner with Sales and Ops teams to identify funnel bottlenecks and implement AI solutions that improve speed to insight.
Define and track performance metrics to measure the cost, performance, and business value of AI automations.
Train marketing and sales teammates on new AI tools and create documentation that supports adoption across the organization.
Synthesize complex data into clear summaries and actionable insights for stakeholders at different seniority levels.

Requirements

Elite prompt engineering skills and intermediate Python proficiency.
Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as AirOps, RelevanceAI, N8N, or Zapier.
Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, or Gong.
Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, lead scoring, and operationalizing LLMs for research and campaign automation.
Track record of leading enterprise-level projects independently in fast-paced environments.
Ability to communicate complex data clearly and provide actionable stakeholder insights.
Fluency in English and flexibility to work EMEA hours.
English working fluency is required for this role because the company works with employees and clients outside Quebec.
