Description

  • Build signal-based workflows to source and enrich the EMEA total addressable market and support automated lead scoring and personalized outreach.
  • Own the full lifecycle of internal AI tools and dashboards, from problem definition through proof of concept, MVP, and productization.
  • Deploy complex workflow automations using Python, N8N, or Zapier and integrate data from tools such as Clay, Gong, and ChurnZero.
  • Partner with Sales and Ops teams to identify funnel bottlenecks and implement AI solutions that improve speed to insight.
  • Define and track performance metrics to measure the cost, performance, and business value of AI automations.
  • Train marketing and sales teammates on new AI tools and create documentation that supports adoption across the organization.
  • Synthesize complex data into clear summaries and actionable insights for stakeholders at different seniority levels.

Requirements

  • Elite prompt engineering skills and intermediate Python proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as AirOps, RelevanceAI, N8N, or Zapier.
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, or Gong.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle, lead scoring, and operationalizing LLMs for research and campaign automation.
  • Track record of leading enterprise-level projects independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly and provide actionable stakeholder insights.
  • Fluency in English and flexibility to work EMEA hours.
  • English working fluency is required for this role because the company works with employees and clients outside Quebec.
