Description

  • Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications.
  • Customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, App Engine, and Service Portal.
  • Build workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and automation using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
  • Develop Service Portal widgets and UI components with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Lead integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, and third-party connectors.
  • Ensure platform security, compliance, role-based access controls, and data governance.
  • Mentor and provide technical oversight to ServiceNow development teams.
  • Translate stakeholder and business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and document technical solutions, workflows, and architecture.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
  • Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher; U.S. citizenship required.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
  • Advanced Service Portal development experience, including widget customization and UI scripting.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and third-party API integrations.
  • Experience leading development teams and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for ServiceNow.
  • Experience with AWS, JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer, UI policies, and business rules.
  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, mentoring, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Preferred: experience with HRSD and ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $90,000–$115,000, based on experience.
