Description

  • Own the provider onboarding process from hire to handoff, including tracking, communications, forms, access requests, training coordination, and final sign-off preparation.
  • Coordinate provider offboarding workflows, including cross-functional notifications, termination communications, access deactivation, and completion tracking.
  • Manage platform access across systems such as the LifeMD Provider Portal, Elation, Slack, pharmacy portals, and lab portals.
  • Draft and send provider-facing and internal communications on behalf of leadership, including announcements, reminders, workflow updates, and policy updates.
  • Coordinate logistics for provider meetings and training sessions, including calendar invites, agendas, vendor demos, attendance tracking, recordings, and action-item follow-up.
  • Maintain operational trackers, SOPs, checklists, and documentation to ensure visibility into readiness, access status, and training completion.
  • Prepare summaries and reporting for leadership on operational status and workflow progress.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for routing provider questions and operational needs to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Support special project logistics as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and reliable follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple trackers, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Clear, professional written communication.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams in a fast-paced healthcare operations environment.
  • Experience with provider onboarding, EMR/credentialing platforms, or healthcare administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with platform access workflows across operational systems is preferred.
  • Experience supporting provider communications, meetings, or training logistics is preferred.
