Description

  • Lead strategic analyses from problem framing through executive recommendation.
  • Identify and recommend international and adjacent acquisition candidates.
  • Build and deploy AI agents to track potential targets and automate repeatable target analysis.
  • Own analytical workstreams for acquisitions and strategic investments, including market sizing, operating models, valuation models, and diligence analysis.
  • Partner with finance, legal, product, and senior leadership on live transactions.
  • Define project outputs, timelines, stakeholders, and execution plans for ambiguous strategic questions.
  • Present recommendations clearly and build executive and cross-functional support.

Requirements

  • Approximately 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
  • Experience designing and deploying AI agents in real workflows using tools such as Claude, Claude Code, MCP connectors, or comparable frameworks.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, including building models from first principles and pressure-testing assumptions.
  • Ability to independently drive ambiguous projects through recommendation and execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior executives.
  • Experience with B2C subscription or consumer technology businesses preferred.
  • Hands-on M&A diligence or integration experience preferred.
  • Comfort with SQL or business intelligence tools preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States.
