Description

  • Drive engagement growth across the member experience by identifying and shipping high-impact improvements.
  • Grow engagement across multiple close relationships and circles, increasing durable, measurable activity.
  • Partner with Growth and adjacent teams to connect acquisition, activation, and ongoing engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing to shape and deliver bigger bets.
  • Co-own contextual prompts, modular components, and relationship-driven engagement experiences across the product.
  • Define multi-quarter direction while managing parallel workstreams and breaking ambiguous goals into shippable milestones.
  • Design and run experiments ranging from fast tests to larger strategic initiatives.
  • Use research, instrumentation, and analysis to validate ideas and measure engagement outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of consumer product experience shipping cross-functional, member-facing work with measurable engagement and growth outcomes.
  • Strong consumer instinct and technical fluency to work effectively with engineering leaders.
  • Breadth across engagement strategy, member experience, growth partnership, and instrumentation.
  • Depth in at least one of activation, growth, or consumer engagement platforms.
  • Experience with systems thinking, UX detail, and quantitative experimentation.
  • Experience with activation, virality, or onboarding work.
  • At least one initiative that materially improved a top-line acquisition or activation metric.
  • Ability to define direction at a multi-quarter level while managing multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Comfort moving between rapid experiments and multi-quarter strategic bets.
  • Experience using AI tools for research synthesis, spec drafting, experiment analysis, reporting, and product prototyping.

  • Salary range of $156,000 to $230,000 USD for US candidates or $180,500 to $213,000 CAD for Canada candidates, plus equity.
