Description

  • Own long-range, annual, and quarterly marketing planning, including strategic pillars, timelines, and cross-market alignment.
  • Facilitate structured planning sessions that drive decisions, accountability, and next steps.
  • Create and manage executive marketing deliverables, including QBRs, status updates, newsletters, and Board materials.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CMO and marketing leaders.
  • Establish unified workflows, templates, operating rhythms, and cross-functional processes across marketing teams.
  • Communicate and roll out new workflows and operating practices across the marketing organization.
  • Support agency selection, management, and procurement.
  • Identify and implement workflow tools that improve team and organizational efficiency.
  • Maintain a centralized, real-time budget tracking system across teams and channels.
  • Partner with Finance and marketing leaders to manage budgets, metrics, costs, and return on investment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing Planning, Marketing Operations, or Strategy & Operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communications.
  • Strong project management skills and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Business acumen and curiosity about business drivers, problem-solving, and product engagement.
  • Hands-on experience managing complex budgets in matrixed or multidivisional organizations.
  • Proactive, collaborative approach with strong cross-functional partnership experience at all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Subscription business model experience preferred.
  • International experience working across global teams preferred.
