Description

  • Develop an integrated monetization strategy for international markets across Europe, Latin America, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
  • Build monetization frameworks and market-specific playbooks to assess product readiness and prioritize investments.
  • Partner with Finance and the GM to model scenario analyses, TAM, ARPU sensitivity, and unit economics that inform investment cases.
  • Serve as the primary commercial strategy partner to the GM of International and help sharpen priorities and stress-test initiatives.
  • Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, partnerships, and Commercial Strategy to embed commercial logic into international initiatives.
  • Partner with the Ads and Devices operating groups to define how the broader Life360 commercial stack should launch in international markets.
  • Define and maintain KPI frameworks for international commercial performance, including leading indicators and early-warning signals.
  • Establish dashboards, business reviews, and operating cadences to improve performance visibility and support course corrections.
  • Track the ROI of commercial bets and lead structured post-mortems when investments underperform.
  • Partner with and influence the CRO and executive team to translate market dynamics into clear strategic direction and align the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in high-growth consumer apps or consumer technology businesses.
  • Proven ownership of pricing and monetization strategy, including experience adapting or designing models for non-U.S. markets with different customer economics.
  • Strong financial and analytical foundation with hands-on experience building advanced models such as unit economics, LTV, CAC, ARPU sensitivity, TAM, and elasticity.
  • Deep cross-functional experience partnering with Product, Product Marketing, Finance, Growth, and Engineering to turn strategy into execution.
  • Exceptional first-principles thinking with the ability to synthesize incomplete data, challenge assumptions, and form clear views in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong operator mindset with comfort moving between long-range strategy and near-term performance management, QBR prep, KPI design, and operating cadence.
  • Executive-level communication skills with experience creating crisp narratives for senior leadership and GMs.
  • Trusted advisor profile with the ability to pressure-test plans constructively and rally teams toward clarity.
  • Experience with consumer mobile apps at scale, including tens of millions of MAU, is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to subscription, partnership, and alternative monetization models such as microtransactions, telco, data products, or ad-supported tiers is a plus.
