Description

  • Conduct business, financial, operational, and performance analyses using Excel, Sigma, and PHM’s data environment.
  • Build and pressure-test models covering profitability, unit economics, KPIs, utilization, staffing, capacity, market sizing, and growth scenarios.
  • Research markets, channels, partnerships, competitors, and strategic opportunities.
  • Translate complex findings into executive, Board, investor, and strategic planning presentations, briefs, and visual analyses.
  • Own strategy workstreams from ambiguous business questions through analysis, recommendations, and decision-ready outputs.
  • Partner with the CSO, CEO, CFO, SVP of FP&A, Head of Business Ops/Product, and operating leaders.
  • Gather inputs, challenge assumptions, present analyses, and help convert strategic questions into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of PHM’s systems, data, markets, and business operations.

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience building sophisticated financial or business models.
  • Exceptional analytical, structured problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
  • Experience working effectively with messy or imperfect data.
  • Ability to move from analysis to insight, recommendations, and business decisions.
  • Strong executive communication, PowerPoint, storytelling, and visual presentation skills.
  • Ability to frame ambiguous questions, pressure-test assumptions, and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, reliability, adaptability, and a collaborative learning orientation.
  • Management consulting experience or comparable strategic and analytical experience preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools for research, synthesis, and strategic analysis preferred.
  • Experience with Sigma, Snowflake, or other advanced analytics and data tools preferred.
