Description

  • Work with finance leadership to develop financial models, including revenue and collections forecasting.
  • Lead the production of quarterly internal financial reporting.
  • Execute reporting that provides visibility into operational trends and employee performance.
  • Provide ad hoc analytics and query support to internal teams.
  • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Provide recommendations and creative alternatives to support business growth.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role, or a Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical, statistical modeling, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Experience and comfort with Python, SQL, and Excel.
  • Ability to handle ambiguously defined problems, develop creative solutions, and deliver meaningful results.
  • Analytically curious with the ability to proactively identify insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope.
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining statistical findings to non-analytics audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting.
  • Experience working with loan data.
  • Experience with PowerBI, SAS, Python, or R is valued.
