Description

  • Review cases prior to funding and verify they are ready for payment.
  • Ensure all funding procedures are followed for each case.
  • Review contracts and send cases back for rework when needed.
  • Run identity checks, bankruptcy checks, and MLA (Military Lending Act) reports.
  • Schedule payments via Western Union, ACH, check, wire, or a third-party vendor.
  • Support the legal funding sales team with accurate processing of approved cases.

Requirements

  • High school degree required; some college preferred.
  • 1 year of work experience in an office environment required.
  • Financial knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Solid work ethic and ability to adhere to processes and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PC skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm CST.
