Description

  • Monitor production services, handle on-call incidents, lead post-mortems, and drive root-cause remediation.
  • Define, track, and improve service level objectives for production reliability.
  • Operate and maintain AWS and Windows Server infrastructure, including security best practices and automation.
  • Manage Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code to support stable releases.
  • Own observability tooling, including monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • Administer databases including Postgres, MySQL, and MariaDB.
  • Support and maintain trading platforms such as MT4 and MT5 with a focus on performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and trading operations teams to unblock issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of SRE or DevOps experience in production environments.
  • Strong administration experience with Windows Server and Linux/Unix systems.
  • Solid AWS experience, including EC2 and RDS.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and Git-based delivery tools such as Argo CD.
  • Database administration experience with Postgres, MySQL, and MariaDB.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and CI/CD tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Zabbix, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher, both written and spoken.
  • Scripting and automation skills with Bash, Python, Go, or PowerShell are preferred.
  • Experience with database performance tuning or a DBA background is preferred.
  • Experience with ClickHouse and advanced Kubernetes practices is preferred.
  • Infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or Terragrunt and broader AWS services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Vault, Cloudflare, and MT4/MT5 platforms is preferred.
