Description

  • Own and execute conversion and retention campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
  • Write copy tailored to different channels, segments, and lifecycle stages.
  • Build and maintain automated customer journeys and behavioral trigger-based flows for activation, engagement, reactivation, and promotions.
  • Run continuous A/B tests on messages, formats, and campaign mechanics.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance using product analytics tools.
  • Work closely with Product and Tech teams on in-app communication, dynamic content, and promotional mechanics.
  • Own campaigns end-to-end from concept and copy through launch and performance analysis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation or Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different channels and user states.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
  • Solid experience with A/B testing, including hypothesis building, experiment setup, and result interpretation.
  • Hands-on experience with automation or CRM platforms such as Blueshift, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar.
  • Experience using product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
  • Experience with in-app communication, including push notifications, in-app messages, inboxes, and modals.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for template edits.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or forex products preferred.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content or automation workflows preferred.
  • Experience with dynamic content and personalization at scale preferred.
