Description

  • Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates that render accurately across devices, clients, and platforms.
  • Build reusable components and adapt client-specific templates to campaign requirements.
  • Build and deploy campaigns in Kobie and client platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Configure journey logic, audience segmentation, targeting rules, suppression lists, personalization, and offer logic.
  • Own final campaign deployment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate test configurations according to defined plans.
  • Coordinate asset handoffs with Campaign Managers and content partners, proactively addressing dependencies.
  • Document development best practices, maintain build standards, and follow platform governance guidelines.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in email development, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution.
  • Hands-on HTML and CSS email development experience, including cross-client rendering.
  • Experience with an enterprise campaign platform; Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of journey orchestration, automated flows, triggered sends, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Familiarity with campaign automation concepts, lifecycle programs, re-engagement flows, and scheduled versus triggered deployment.
  • Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing, audience segmentation, targeting logic, and personalization.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive issue identification.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to ask questions and flag issues early.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Litmus or Email on Acid, AMPScript, SQL, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, cross-channel orchestration, Workfront, or Jira experience.
