Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to skilled maintenance and repair requests.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and comprehensive repairs across plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, sheetrock, exterior, and basic electrical issues.
  • Assist with scheduling, overseeing, and communicating with contractors to obtain bids and verify completed work.
  • Purchase maintenance supplies needed for the property.
  • Own independent work orders and manage time and materials within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and clients to keep work moving on schedule.
  • Ensure work is completed in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of verifiable, hands-on experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade.
  • Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and completing repairs across standard trades including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry.
  • Ability to travel within the region; this is a 100% field-based position.
  • Current driver’s license and automobile insurance.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally, and 75+ lbs with assistance.
  • Current or previous plumbing license is a plus.
  • Ability to manage independent work orders and budget time/materials.
  • Experience communicating effectively with contractors and clients.
