Description

  • Install equipment and provide customer training services.
  • Troubleshoot equipment problems and complete timely field repairs.
  • Provide technical support and superior customer service during regular customer visits.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on product improvements and new product development.
  • Communicate and document service information using a computer and phone.
  • Maintain current knowledge of ANA products through ongoing study.
  • Safely operate ANA service vehicles and follow company safety procedures.
  • Travel up to 80% throughout North America.
  • Build open customer relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform equipment diagnostics and repairs in the field.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
  • Comfort interacting with customers and providing equipment training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Trade school certification or technical training in engines, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally.
  • Must live in ANA’s eligible Northwest Region states, be authorized to work in the U.S., and not require visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate the organization’s facilities.
