Description

  • Provide technical support through email and chat.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Professional experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience setting up and managing VPS environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
  • Familiarity with TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible approach to work.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • CRM systems expertise preferred.
