Description

  • Own the monthly accruals process by reviewing purchase orders and contracts in Coupa.
  • Support accurate and timely month-end and year-end close activities.
  • Prepare interim and year-end audit support, including supporting documentation and financial statement workbooks.
  • Assist with financial statement preparation and investigate discrepancies to ensure figures reconcile.
  • Prepare the annual stock option roll-forward using Carta reports and weighted-average stock price calculations.
  • Use prior-year workpapers to trace, investigate, and rebuild current-year account balances.
  • Support revenue-related accounting work as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior-level accounting or external audit experience.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and experience supporting US-based companies.
  • Experience owning accruals and supporting month-end and year-end close, including purchase order and contract reviews.
  • Experience preparing audit support and financial statements with strong attention to reconciliation accuracy.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and navigating complex formulas and workbooks.
  • Ability to independently investigate discrepancies and rebuild calculations from prior-year workpapers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • Availability to work a fixed US Central Time schedule: 9:00 PM–6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time, Monday through Friday, for the contract duration.
  • Experience with Coupa or a similar procure-to-pay platform (preferred).
  • CPA certification, NetSuite, equity accounting, Carta, or SaaS/subscription revenue accounting experience (preferred).
