Description

  • Maintain and update the master SKU plan, track product lifecycle stages, and forecast demand to support accurate production and replenishment decisions.
  • Own par-level strategy, reorder analysis, and purchase order creation, while coordinating directly with factories on quantities, timing, and production updates.
  • Manage Shopify product setup, catalog data, pricing, tags, collections, images, and descriptions, and keep Shopify and POS data synchronized.
  • Track product launches from factory purchase order through retail release, maintaining calendars, approvals, handoffs, and asset readiness.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance summaries to monitor sales, conversion, inventory health, and product performance.
  • Develop and maintain store planograms, signage, launch kits, and product setup documentation in partnership with cross-functional teams.
  • Review sell-through and inventory reports weekly to identify reorder opportunities, markdown needs, and product swap recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Retail Operations, Creative, and Product Development to keep deadlines, accountability, and communication aligned.
  • Support new store openings by preparing product setup files, planograms, and launch materials.
  • Gather and organize pre-launch and post-launch feedback and results for leadership reviews.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ownership of a merchandise line or product catalog with 50+ active SKUs across retail and/or e-commerce.
  • Experience with forecasting, reorders, and product lifecycle decisions.
  • Proven experience in merchandising, planning, or retail operations within consumer products, lifestyle, or apparel.
  • Hands-on experience managing e-commerce or retail product catalogs, with Shopify preferred.
  • Strong understanding of how product data and systems connect, including Shopify, POS, and 3PL platforms.
  • Ability to use sales and inventory data to make merchandising decisions.
  • Strong understanding of retail merchandising, visual standards, and in-store presentation.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating across creative, supply chain, and retail functions to deliver on time.
  • Experience supporting new store launches and product rollouts.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Shopify, Adobe, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Clear communicator who can drive alignment and accountability across teams.
  • Ability to balance creative priorities with operational constraints.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with POS integration or retail analytics systems is preferred.
  • Exposure to supply chain or logistics operations is preferred.
  • Understanding of product photography, copy, or digital merchandising is preferred.
  • Familiarity with 3PL systems such as ShipBob, Boxzooka, or ShipHero is preferred.
