Description

  • Own and maintain the delivery backlog across multiple active workstreams.
  • Translate inputs from Analytics, Engineering, and client-facing teams into executable work.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Martech & Analytics, Engineering, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage handoffs, dependencies, follow-through, and delivery bottlenecks across concurrent initiatives.
  • Track progress against internal and client milestones and surface risks early.
  • Maintain clear, consistent delivery reporting for leadership and internal teams.
  • Support rollout, onboarding, and recurring activation initiatives after launch.
  • Help improve operational rigor, visibility, and execution quality across the department.
  • Support broader Martech & Analytics planning and delivery coordination as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
  • Proven experience managing delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics ecosystems, including measurement, tagging, CRM, data pipelines, or paid media operations.
  • Ability to coordinate technical and non-technical teams without owning hands-on execution.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate delivery status into clear business context.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Linear, or similar.
  • Comfort operating in agile delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, and workflow prioritization.
  • Strong organizational judgment, follow-through, and attention to detail.
  • Agency or consulting experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Martech, analytics implementation, measurement, or signal infrastructure work is preferred.
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar operating frameworks is preferred.
  • Experience supporting complex internal delivery models involving technical and client-facing stakeholders is preferred.

  • Compensation of $95,000–$130,000 USD in the U.S. or $85,000–$115,000 CAD in Canada.
