Description

  • Lead end-to-end commercial activities for radar systems and sensing solutions from opportunity identification through contract award.
  • Own relationships with Ministries of Defense, defense primes, system integrators, and key technology partners.
  • Translate customer operational and mission requirements into radar and sensor solutions and shape value propositions and capture strategies.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and solutions teams to deliver proposals, demonstrations, and briefings.
  • Build and manage a multi-year radar opportunity pipeline and support forecasting and executive reporting.
  • Expand radar-led engagements into orbital data, analytics, and mission intelligence services where relevant.
  • Manage strategic accounts, including growth planning, renewals, and long-term customer success.
  • Establish and manage partnerships across the radar, Space Domain Awareness, and defense ecosystem.
  • Drive joint solutions with integrators and research organizations for complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Represent LeoLabs at industry events, trade shows, customer demonstrations, and executive briefings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in radar systems, sensors, aerospace/defense, or space-related markets; more senior profiles are welcome.
  • Proven track record in business development, technical sales, or strategic partnerships within defense or government environments.
  • Strong understanding of radar technologies and sensing architectures; familiarity with Space Domain Awareness (SDA) programs preferred.
  • Experience working with European defense, security, or institutional customers, with UK MOD, NATO, EU, or equivalents strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage senior government and industry stakeholders and lead complex, multi-year pursuits.
  • Excellent communication skills, commercial judgment, and cross-functional leadership capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Aerospace, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
