Description

  • Support and execute sales activities for LeoLabs’ radar and mission sensing solutions across the GCC.
  • Build and manage direct customer relationships with Ministries of Defense, armed forces, and national security organizations.
  • Engage with system integrators, defense primes, and technology partners to support bids and joint pursuits.
  • Translate customer operational requirements into technical and commercial solutions with internal teams.
  • Contribute to opportunity qualification, proposals, demonstrations, and customer briefings.
  • Maintain and grow a regional opportunity pipeline and support forecasting and reporting.
  • Manage assigned accounts and support long-term customer engagement and account growth.
  • Act as the day-to-day commercial point of contact for regional customers.
  • Work cross-functionally to support successful program execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support regional market research, customer mapping, and competitive analysis.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in defense, security, aerospace, or high-technology markets.
  • Defense experience is required; space-only backgrounds are not sufficient.
  • Experience working with government or defense customers in the Gulf, with strong preference for Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Background in direct sales, account management, or business development roles.
  • Exposure to complex or technical solutions such as radar, sensors, ISR, or C4ISR is preferred.
  • Ability to engage professionally with military, government, and industry stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a technically advanced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
