Description

  • Craft a contact center vision and strategy aligned with technology and operations leaders.
  • Design and orchestrate a scalable contact center solution that improves customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Develop a digital-first approach that shifts call volume toward digital channels and improves ROI.
  • Align with leadership on key business metrics for collections and customer care.
  • Optimize outbound campaigns using machine learning and predictive modeling to improve right-party contact rates and payment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with operations teams on workforce management systems.
  • Partner with engineering to plan, prototype, and develop products and features that support product goals.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts, analysts, data scientists, and technology teams across the company.
  • Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
  • Analyze data and communicate insights to inform roadmap decisions, manage delivery, and report progress to a broad audience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in contact center technologies.
  • Proven ability to scope and write comprehensive business and technical product requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other agile software development methodologies.
  • Significant experience running inbound and outbound campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage projects of varying size and scope.
  • Experience collaborating effectively across functional groups with adaptability and empathy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for giving clear direction and motivating project teams.
  • Passion for product development, data science, and the intersection of software and finance; experience in financial markets or the automotive industry is a plus.

Benefits

  • $140,000 - $170,000 annual salary.
  • Hybrid flexibility with the option to work remotely or from the Boston office.
