Description

  • Lead and scale the IT function, improving infrastructure, FinOps, security posture, and operational processes.
  • Own day-to-day IT operations, including ticket triage, account provisioning, troubleshooting, onboarding, and vendor management.
  • Design and implement an automated financial operations pipeline with dashboards for spend tracking, projection, and reporting.
  • Expand SaaS lifecycle management, including vendor contracts, invoices, renewals, Shadow IT detection, and related integrations.
  • Formalize backup and disaster recovery procedures and lead restore drills and resilience testing.
  • Manage endpoint protection, DLP policy tuning, and AI app governance.
  • Own the IT-to-People Ops onboarding pipeline from recruitment through Day 1.
  • Lead technology integration for acquired or merged divisions onto Lemnis systems and tools.
  • Design workflows, automations, and cross-platform integrations to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
  • Manage and mentor 3 IT Support Engineers, maintain SLA performance, and serve as the primary IT liaison across internal departments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in IT operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing both people and systems.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID / M365, and modern IdP platforms.
  • Experience managing SaaS environments at scale, including provisioning, licensing, SSO configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong background in endpoint management using Intune, NinjaRMM, or similar MDM/RMM tools.
  • Experience designing and shipping IT automations and workflows using Jira Automation, Trelica, Zapier, scripting, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with FinOps, IT budgeting, or vendor spend management.
  • Working knowledge of DLP, endpoint protection, backup/DR, and vendor risk assessments.
  • Experience onboarding acquired companies or new divisions onto a shared technology stack.
  • ITSM experience with Jira Service Management (JSM), Zendesk, or a similar platform.
  • Ability to create clear documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Google Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Microsoft Administrator Certification preferred.
  • Security-related certifications preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary of $145,000-$175,000 DOE.
