Description

  • Design and ship end-to-end full‑stack features, from backend logic to pixel‑perfect frontend.
  • Develop and maintain complex product modules such as Interactive Video Authoring and marketing automation workflows.
  • Write clean, scalable, performant, and maintainable backend services (PHP) and optimize server‑side performance.
  • Build responsive, modern UIs (Vue.js) that ensure smooth interactions and high‑quality UX.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in fast feedback loops to experiment, iterate, and deliver.
  • Participate in deep, structured code reviews and help define and improve engineering standards and practices.
  • Use AI‑assisted coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to accelerate development, exploration, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs, perform refactors, and continuously look for architectural and implementation improvements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and modern JavaScript, preferably with Vue.js.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP fundamentals, and modern frontend application architecture.
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and noSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and performance optimization skills.
  • High attention to detail and a product‑oriented mindset.
  • Native or near‑native Greek speaker.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices architectures (nice‑to‑have).
  • Exposure to or interest in Go; experience in EdTech/LMS or complex SaaS products; and open‑source or personal project contributions are valued.
