Description

  • Lead and coordinate SEO strategy across multiple business units or websites, aligning resources with revenue potential.
  • Shift the team’s focus from traffic-first SEO to revenue-first opportunities, including high-conversion visibility in SGE and AI Overviews.
  • Design and execute an automation roadmap to reduce recurring SEO work such as reporting, auditing, and content brief generation.
  • Audit existing SEO workflows to identify manual bottlenecks and replace them with scripts, API integrations, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Guide the team’s transition from manual execution to AI-assisted orchestration and tool adoption.
  • Mentor and motivate SEO specialists while fostering continuous learning in AI, prompt engineering, and data science.
  • Set team KPIs, run regular 1-on-1s, and manage delivery quality and deadlines.
  • Manage team bandwidth across concurrent projects to avoid execution bottlenecks.
  • Prepare automated, data-rich reports for C-level stakeholders and communicate SEO and AI results in business terms.
  • Build cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Finance to secure support for automation initiatives.
  • Use AI-driven forecasting to provide proactive scenario planning around market shifts and algorithm updates.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of SEO experience, including at least 2+ years in a formal leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing SEO strategy across multiple websites or large-scale international domains simultaneously.
  • Deep hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI and Claude, and with automation tools.
  • Proficiency in Python or advanced API integrations is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders and connect it to business growth and financial outcomes.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge, including JS frameworks such as Next.js and React, technical auditing, and programmatic SEO.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, BigQuery, or Google Looker Studio for automated multi-project reporting dashboards.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written.
