Description

  • Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered agents across A/B testing, marketing analytics, data engineering, and MarTech use cases.
  • Develop multi-step reasoning agents that connect to internal data systems, APIs, and tools.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures to help agents use enterprise data effectively.
  • Integrate LLM agents within the Databricks lakehouse architecture.
  • Build scalable data pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and Databricks workflows.
  • Enable interaction between agents and data warehouses, event streams, and APIs.
  • Design and optimize prompts, tools, and agent workflows for accuracy and performance.
  • Create evaluation frameworks to measure agent quality, reliability, and business impact.
  • Build production-ready automation solutions that improve efficiency and decision velocity.
  • Add monitoring, logging, observability, guardrails, security controls, and governance to agent systems.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
  • Communicate insights and capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building applications with large language models (LLMs).
  • Strong expertise in prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agent frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or GCP, including PySpark and SQL.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Solid understanding of analytics use cases such as A/B testing, marketing performance, or data workflows.
  • Experience implementing LLM evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and experience translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate is preferred.
  • Familiarity with open-source LLM deployment and optimization tools such as Hugging Face or vLLM is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD, and scalable infrastructure such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
  • Experience with MarTech tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Segment, Braze, or Amplitude is preferred.
  • Strong background in experimentation frameworks, causal inference, or incrementality is preferred.
  • Experience designing multi-agent systems or autonomous workflows is preferred.
  • Understanding of AI product design and human-in-the-loop systems is preferred.
  • A builder mindset with a passion for applied AI and automation.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for end-to-end delivery.
  • Curiosity to explore and implement cutting-edge AI capabilities.
  • A pragmatic approach to balancing innovation with reliability.
