Description

  • Design and execute B2C email marketing campaigns for online business verticals.
  • Design and implement multi-stage customer journeys that increase engagement, satisfaction, and revenue.
  • Automate customer workflows and marketing processes.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to improve results and ROI.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve the customer journey.
  • Build a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and needs to inform marketing strategy.
  • Develop and maintain testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve performance and customer experience.
  • Upgrade email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with industry policies, best practices, and evolving technology standards.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience building, executing, and supporting complex email, SMS, and push solutions.
  • Previous experience in CRM or email campaign management.
  • Experience using marketing automation software such as ExpertSender, Braze, Customer.io, or Iterable.
  • Proven experience in database marketing, analysis, segmentation, and customer profiling.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on data.
  • Strong communication skills, including confidence presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Amplitude or BI tools.
  • HTML and CSS knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of email deliverability, including IP and domain reputation troubleshooting.
  • Proven A/B testing and experimentation experience.
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Desirable: experience with SMS delivery tools.
  • Desirable: strong strategic skills.
  • Desirable: experience with Generative AI.
  • Desirable: strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Desirable: good level of English.
  • Desirable: experience with email testing tools.
