Description

  • Identify acquisition bottlenecks using data and turn them into prioritized experiments.
  • Use AI to accelerate discovery by synthesizing user signals, analyzing patterns, and forming hypotheses.
  • Run A/B tests on pricing, conversion flows, and user experience with clear hypotheses and readouts.
  • Build automated workflows that scale acquisition efforts without scaling headcount.
  • Define, track, and interpret the metrics that matter for acquisition performance.
  • Translate user behavior into product and UX decisions that improve conversion.
  • Own the top of the funnel, including traffic, landing pages, signup flows, onboarding entry points, and conversion logic.
  • Bring ideas to life end-to-end from defining what should be built through testing and deployment.
  • Pull and analyze data directly to trace funnel drops to root causes.
  • Collaborate across Product, Data, and Creative teams on high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Manager experience in a growth or acquisition-focused role.
  • Proven experience shipping work end-to-end, not just scoping it.
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to pull and interpret your own data.
  • Comfortable using AI for research, drafting, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Experience using AI tools to create dashboards, analyze data, and run SQL analyses.
  • Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, and Databricks.
  • Clear, structured communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders on commercial impact.
  • Comfortable operating in a small, dynamic team.
  • Commercial mindset with an understanding of margins, trade-offs, and ROI.
  • Optional background in engineering or a strong maker mindset, with the ability to speak the language of engineering.
