Description

  • Conduct data collection, development, and analysis to support operational processes with high relevance, precision, and accuracy.
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis on key entities within the people intelligence data product to keep data current and accurate.
  • Use data analysis techniques to identify patterns, derive insights, and uncover data quality discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data quality and improve data completeness through workflow development.
  • Support data operations in an agile, operational environment and facilitate subject matter interactions across teams.
  • Help maintain the accuracy and quality of core data assets that support sales enablement and customer collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an interest in people intelligence.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and statistical research.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate across teams.
  • Proficiency in conducting sophisticated web-based research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data management systems.
  • Practical knowledge of data analytics tools such as PowerBI or QuickSight is a plus.
  • Experience in an agile or operational environment is preferred.
