Description

  • Handle inbound calls, callback queues, chats, emails, and follow-up support.
  • Support customers and providers with app navigation, payments, scheduling, and service-related issues.
  • Manage 300+ weekly contacts across customer and provider support.
  • Deliver high-quality service while meeting performance expectations and policy compliance requirements.
  • Use strong communication and de-escalation techniques to resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a positive customer experience through patience, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Adapt to rotating schedules and operational needs as required by the business.
  • Work within a fixed-term arrangement with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • High school graduate; some college preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of BPO support experience supporting U.S. customers.
  • Strong empathy, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
  • Ability to de-escalate issues and solve problems using available tools.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and consistent with schedules.
  • Receptive to feedback and coaching.
  • Zendesk or CRM/VoIP experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable using Google Suite.
  • Desktop or laptop with camera (Core i5, 8GB RAM minimum) and dual monitors.
  • Noise-canceling headset or headphones with microphone.
  • Stable Ethernet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload.
  • Backup internet connection meeting the same speed requirement.
  • Backup power source such as a UPS or generator.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.

  • Base salary of Php 38,200 per month.
  • Performance-based incentive pay of up to Php 115 per hour.
