Description

  • Maintain and update the firm’s Webflow website, including landing pages, content changes, and technical improvements.
  • Support the website revamp by restructuring pages and improving overall site architecture.
  • Ensure responsive design and cross-device compatibility across all web pages.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align branding, messaging, and user experience.
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and site structure.
  • Implement and refine schema markup and structured data to improve search visibility.
  • Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) by structuring content for AI-driven search experiences and extractable answers.
  • Conduct regular site audits to maintain website performance, speed, indexing, and crawlability.
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and improve website usability, navigation, and information architecture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS management, responsive design, and site structure optimization.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content structure.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing websites or landing pages with a focus on user experience and conversions.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and performance-focused website design.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Familiarity with schema markup and structured data implementation.
  • Understanding of content hierarchy, semantic structuring, search intent, and user behavior principles.
  • Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or experience structuring websites for AI-driven search is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience working with international or remote teams is required.
