Description

  • Own paid search strategy and daily execution across LawnStarter, Lawn Love, and Home Gnome.
  • Manage and optimize Responsive Search Ads and Dynamic Search Ads for core mowing across Google and Bing.
  • Run Performance Max, AI Search Max, and Demand Gen campaigns and evaluate how each fits into the funnel.
  • Define and manage smart bidding strategies, including tCPA, tROAS, and portfolio bidding.
  • Own attribution tracking setup, event tracking implementation, and conversion loop QA.
  • Drive landing page testing and end-to-end customer journey quality from ad click through first service completion.
  • Manage multi-brand positioning and budget allocation to minimize cannibalization and maximize ROAS.
  • Run structured experiments on bids, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and insights that translate performance data into action.
  • Identify and reduce wasted spend by improving campaign, keyword, and market efficiency.

Requirements

  • AI-native and comfortable using AI tools for ad copy, analysis, scripting, and automation.
  • Deep experience working in Google Ads, spreadsheets, and dashboards, with a strong data-driven approach.
  • Systems thinker who can structure accounts for scale and manage interactions across campaigns and brands.
  • Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and using tests to move forward.
  • Strong communicator who can explain performance and recommendations to non-specialists.
  • Conversion-tracking fluent, including event tracking, tag management, attribution models, and QA of conversion setups.
  • Bias for action and willingness to launch tests, measure results, and iterate quickly.
  • Experience working in a highly hands-on role rather than a management or strategy-only role.
  • Comfortable with daily account attention rather than weekly or set-it-and-forget-it optimization.
  • Experience focused on Google Ads and Bing rather than paid social, SEO, or other channels.

  • Base salary of $105,000–$135,000 depending on experience.
