Description

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of three product managers and hire additional PMs as the company scales.
  • Own prioritization across growth, retention, and profitability on a single shared roadmap.
  • Define the operating model, craft standards, and team processes for the new product leadership layer.
  • Turn a proven single-vertical marketplace into a repeatable multi-service platform.
  • Set product direction for AI- and agent-native experiences across customers, Pros, and internal teams.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, finance, operations, and growth to make high-trust product decisions.
  • Make sequencing decisions on what to build, what to delay, and what to stop.
  • Help improve the core lawn service while advancing new verticals such as pool cleaning.
  • Build systems that account for different service economics, quality signals, pricing, and Pro workflows.
  • Develop a clear roadmap for success in an agent-driven world.

Requirements

  • AI-native and agent-curious, with daily use of AI tools and strong belief that agents are a major platform shift.
  • Experience as a player-coach who can multiply already-strong talent through coaching, raising the bar, and unblocking work.
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about inputs, feedback loops, and second-order effects across a marketplace.
  • Excellent prioritization skills, including the ability to say no, sequence ruthlessly, and protect team focus.
  • Highly effective cross-functional collaborator who can earn trust with designers, engineers, data, finance, and operations.
  • Strong product judgment with obsessive attention to scoping and user experience.
  • Comfort staying hands-on in the work rather than serving only as a people manager.
  • Not a fit for candidates seeking a solo-IC role, a pure management role, or a turnaround environment.
  • Not a fit for candidates who are skeptical of AI or prefer finished playbooks and established processes.
