Description

  • Own full P&L, pacing, reporting, operations, and profitability for Insurance YouTube campaigns.
  • Build, optimize, and scale campaigns directly in Google Ads, including campaign architecture, audiences, bidding, budgets, conversion events, and testing.
  • Develop and execute multi-vertical growth strategies across insurance products and future video channels.
  • Drive lead and inbound call generation while optimizing for call quality, advertiser feedback, and downstream monetization.
  • Own creative strategy from a performance perspective, including messaging, hooks, offer positioning, formats, and testing priorities.
  • Partner with creative, analytics, sales, product, and leadership teams to share insights and align decisions.
  • Create repeatable operating systems and playbooks for video buying, creative testing, audience expansion, and scaling.
  • Proactively communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations in daily stakeholder communications.
  • Build and lead a video-first team as investment and channel scale grow.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing high-growth performance marketing portfolios.
  • 3+ years of experience scaling YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or other video-first portfolios with budgets of $20M+ per year.
  • Experience scaling performance video in affiliate, call-based, insurance, financial services, health, or marketplace lead generation niches.
  • Deep hands-on experience building and optimizing campaigns directly in-platform, not from a distance.
  • Strong understanding of Google/YouTube Ads architecture, bidding, audience strategy, conversion events, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker and Google Analytics, plus advanced Excel/Sheets skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, regression, correlation, and performance modeling.
  • Strong understanding of high-performing video creative, including YouTube ABCDs, hooks, funnel stage, audience intent, and offer positioning.
  • Ability to use AI and self-serve creative tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, CapCut, MidJourney, Gemini, VEO3, and Claude or similar.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and experience hitting aggressive growth and profitability goals.
  • Exceptional proactive written and verbal communication skills for Slack, Zoom, and executive-facing updates.
  • Experience with insurance verticals such as auto, home, health, ACA, or Medicare is especially valuable.
  • Preferred experience with MMM, incrementality, geo holdouts, or brand lift measurement.
  • Preferred experience in regulated marketing environments such as consumer finance, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Preferred familiarity with competitive intelligence tools such as SimilarWeb, AdBeat, Ahrefs, SpyFu, or Pathmatics.

  • Base salary of $150,000 to $170,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
